The specialists you need, without the headcount you don't have
A restructuring project with a deadline. A vacant specialist post the recruitment cycle will not fill for months. A system going live with nobody in-house who has done it before. Brilyanz puts qualified people into those gaps — in HR, finance, administration, and IT — for as long as the work lasts, and no longer.
Budget you have. Headcount you don't.
Paid from budget, not headcount
A specialist engaged on a service contract is an operating cost, not a permanent position. That is what makes the work possible when the approved structure is fixed but the workload is not.
Weeks, not a recruitment cycle
We start from a bench of consultants we have already worked with, so an assignment moves from requirement to start date in weeks rather than the months a permanent appointment takes.
A fixed price and an end date
Scope, duration, and cost are agreed in writing before anyone starts. The engagement closes when the work is done — no residual cost, and no position left to unwind.
One contract, one invoice
Sourcing, contracting, payroll, and compliance sit with Brilyanz. You direct the work; we carry the employment relationship and the administration behind it.
Five ways an assignment can be structured
Functions we cover
From requirement to start date
Scope the Requirement
What the role has to deliver, what it needs to know, how long it is needed, and who it answers to. No names are put forward until that is agreed.
Shortlist
We check our own bench first, then source externally where we need to. You receive named candidates with full profiles and interview whoever you want to.
Mobilize
Contract, onboarding, sponsorship, and documentation are handled on our side, so the start date holds.
Manage and Close Out
You have a named contact at Brilyanz for the duration. We review performance with you, deal with problems, and hand over properly when the assignment ends.
